Weight loss Challenge

Ok. over the past years I gained quite a few pounds(I currently weight: )I would like to get back to my old size. I'm currently over weight according to my MBI(Over 30%)Today I 2/14/10 I've decided to start my weight loss challenge. You will find info on healthier food choice(my weakness right now is chocolate and Mc Donalds)working out, losing weight, keeping it off and much more.... :-) More details to come, I will have my size from head to toe including weight..I will also use this blog as my Journal thru MMS....so stay tune
